As per our partnership with DPD, all orders to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland are anticipated to arrive on the next working day if placed before 9 am.
**Please Note:**
Parcels are not collected on weekends or bank holidays, as these days are not covered by our couriers' collection services. Orders made during weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the following business day.
**Delivery Details:**
- Standard delivery fee: €4.99 (DPD)
- All orders are insured.
- Orders over €150 qualify for FREE DELIVERY.
- All orders are tracked, and you'll receive the tracking code on the same day if ordered before 11 am.
- You will be notified via email when your order is dispatched, along with the tracking code.
- Orders are not collected on non-business days (weekends/public holidays).
In the rare event of a delivery issue, we work closely with our delivery partners to resolve any problems. Please note that undelivered items must be returned to qualify for a refund.
