Refund & Return Policy

• Return period: 14 days from receiving your item.

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

• Return process: Contact support@xivclo.com to start a return. Send returns to XIV Clothing, Killybegs, Donegal.

Damages and issues:
Check items upon receipt. Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items immediately.

Non-returnable items:
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
Return the item and make a new purchase after the return is accepted.

Refunds:
You'll be notified once the return is inspected. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
